Snoop Dogg is for the people. With an unparalleled career and forays into several different genres, Uncle Snoop has taken to the pulpit for his seminal gospel album. While Bible Of Love is indeed biblical in its length, early highlight “Always Got Something To Say” should prove an interesting segue into Snoop’s newfound artistry. Dedicating this one to “the preachers, ministers, deacons, ushers and the sisters,” Snoop pays homage to those who held it down for him during the trials and tribulations. Even if you aren’t religious, you gotta respect the Doggfather’s consistent evolution; few legacy acts can simply switch genres and actually pull it off.
