5 gunmen stormed into a hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia this morning, killing several people. The coordinated gun-and-bomb attack took place at Dayah Hotel, which is near Somalia’s parliament in central Mogadishu. The hotel is said to be used by government officials.
At least 15 people were killed and more than 30 people injured as the terrorists rammed an explosives -packed car into the gate of the hotel. A second massive car bomb blast went off after ambulances and journalists arrived at the scene, wounding reporters.
