Review:

Quantico Season 3 Episode 6 is difficult to review because some aspects of the hour were nicely done, but then it made one horrible mistake that taints the whole hour.

Should we start with the good first?

Seeing things from Jocelyn’s point of view when she’s taken is a great way to build up suspense. The lack of sound and vision when we saw things through the hood put you on the edge of your seat. It was impossible not to be tense.

Sure, we saw Jocelyn taken, but we have no idea how Alex and Celine ended up in cages. Later on, we learned that Leon turned them in, so we can piece together what likely happened.

That would have been okay if we didn’t then jump to a character dying.

We don’t get to see Celine’s last moments. We don’t get to watch her and Alex fight against being taken hostage or initially wake up in the cages. Instead, we cut to the bag being taken off Celine’s head, and that’s how we learned she died.

Celine did not deserve to die like that. She’s brushed off as if she was a random character of the week.

There’s shock surrounding the reveal that Jocelyn killed her, and you sat there hoping that this is all a trick.

It’s not.
