Diego Costa scored a last minute winner to get Antonio Conte’s Chelsea reign off to a winning start.
Spanish striker Costa lashed in a 20 yard drive to earn the Blues all three points against West Ham.
They looked to have been pegged back when James Collins scored his first league goal since February 2014 to make it 1-1.
But Costa had the final say with time running out.
Eden Hazard had fired Chelsea ahead from the spot in the 47th minute after Michail Antonio was penalised for bringing down Cesar Azpilicueta in the box
