BBNaija Season 8: All Stars Edition – N120m Cash Prize, 30 Fans to Win N30m and Many More As Countdown Begins

The news we have been waiting for is finally out – the Big Brother Naija season 8 is going to be an All-Star season!

There had been rumours about the nature of this year’s edition of Africa’s biggest reality television show, and it has now been confirmed by the organisers in a press conference held on July 14, 2023.

 

For the first time in the history of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Television reality show, fans will on July 23, 2023, watch some of their favourite housemates from previous editions contest for N120 million cash prize for 70 days starting.

The announcement put an end to the buzz on social media and all the speculations about the eighth season of the well-loved show.

Big Brother Naija Season 8 will premiere on Sunday, July 23 at 7:00 pm on DStv channels 198; AMShowcase ch 151, AMUrban ch 153 and AMFamily ch 154 and on GOt ch 9, and AMUrban ch 8 and AMFamily ch 7 for 70 days of strategic gameplay, cultural extravaganza and amazing entertainment.

This year, while Big Brother has no doubt prepared mind-bending twists for his guests, the fan-favourite staples, the Ninjas are back in the house and so are the ever-increasingly creative
weekly wagers, HOH Challenges which will now be a 4 hours event, Arena Games, and sponsored tasks.

The organiser is also introducing a new game, the Black Envelope game; that will add an even keener competitive edge to the gameplay.
