Kicker says negotiations went into Sunday evening where a breakthrough over a price was reached.
Arsenal have agreed to pay €63m for the experienced Gabon international, with contracts now to be drawn up today.
Aubameyang is still to settle on personal terms, but that is expected to be a formality.
