In Empire Season 3, episode 4, Cookie is getting closer to Angelo, which is bringing out jealousy in Lucious.
Despite being from different worlds, rough around the edges, Cookie has found a connection with straight laced Angelo. Lucious cannot stand that Cookie may be moving on from him, despite the fact that he is currently married to another woman.
In the episode 4 promo, Lucious attempts to sabotage the budding relationship and told Angelo that he and Cookie always come back to one another. But Angelo also won’t give up without a fight.
