A tale of two lovers with different national origins (Nigeria and Ghana). Yvonne Okoro (Ama), a London based Ghanaian lady brings her Nigerian boyfriend, Chucks (Blossom Chukwujekwu) home in a bid to introduce him to her parents.
However, her parents refuse to have anything to do with the union and Ama’s father refuses to give his blessings to their relationship. His main grievance is the fact that both countries Nigeria and Ghana had historic bitterness stemmed from the Ghana –must-go debacle that happened in Nigeria decades ago. The series of events that play out test the couples resolve to love, the institution called marriage; all in a humorous light.
