Getafe actually played well in the first half, getting a decent chance through Rodriguez to take the lead. However, Suarez gave Barca the lead with a lovely finish and Junior’s goal killed the game as a contest early in the second.
The game degenerated into disputes after that, leaving Getafe without the energy to capitalise on Lenglet’s dismissal.
