King cobras are reclusive creatures who avoid humans, but one snake was so thirsty, it went to an Indian village in search of water. Some parts of southern India have been hit by drought, making water scarce and wildlife has been greatly affected.
In the encounter which was captured on camera, one man holds the cobra’s tail to prevent it from launching a surprise attack while another man gives it a refreshing drink out of a water bottle.
The snake was later taken to an animal care facility.
