Cristiano Ronaldo pulled level with Michel Platini as the highest goalscorer in European Championship history as Portugal beat Wales 2-0 to reach the final.
The Real Madrid star netted a towering header 50 minutes in to put his side ahead from a well-worked corner. A second goal from Nani with assist from Ronaldo saw Portugal through to the finals.
