Super Eagles’ defender, Wilfred Ndidi’s move to English Premier League side Leicester City from Genk of Belgium is done and dusted, reports owngoalnigeria.com.

A fee of £15m payable in two different installment was agreed Wednesday night between Genk and Leicester City, before the Cup game against Waasland-Beveren, which the Nigerian scored in his team 3-1 win.

The 19-year-old has even picked up a shirt number ahead of his impending arrival in January, settling for the number 25 jersey, same number he is wearing at his current team.

Ndidi, who has five senior caps for Nigeria, has grown in leaps and bounds since switching from central defence to defensive midfield at the start of last season.

He has grown into a mainstay of the first team at Genk, and even in the Nigeria national team. He has also added goals to his game with his goal against Club Brugge voted the best goal in Belgium last season.
