IT’S A WHOLE NEW RELATIONSHIP. WHY MAKE SAME OLD MISTAKES?

Spread the love
Why do people move from one failed relationship to another? One major reason this happens is because they make the same mistakes they made in their previous relationship.
At the end of every failed relationship, before jumping into another, think, analyse, and ask yourself questions: what did I do wrong? what did I do right? what could I have done better? why did this fail? There are so many questions you can ask yourself, and it’ll only help you become better in your next relationship. While there is no perfect person or perfect relationship, there ought to be lessons learnt, experience should make us better and we should improve from every mistake or failure.
However, this isn’t so; people make the same mistakes and expect a  different result. This isn’t possible; it’s like walking down the same road everyday and expecting it to take you to a different destination.
Experience should make you better, but if you keep making same mistakes from one relationship to another, then it means you aren’t learning and you aren’t getting better.
Your relationship mistake could be anything; infidelity, anger, being inconsiderate, selfishness, jealousy, nagging – it could be anything. Try to find out your past relationship mistakes and make yourself a better partner from it.
