World’s Youngest Computer Programmer Is Only 7, Aims To Be Next ‘Bill Gates’

In fact, he is the youngest computer programmer in the world and with that status, he may leave the primary school to find a lucrative job in the IT world.

 

The 7 years old boy, Muhammad Hamza Shahzad is born in London. This is not surprising, considering that one of his teachers frequently contacted him to fix his computer. “I want to be like Bill Gates,” said the boy who likes to play football with his father to the Birmingham Mail.

Muhammad Hamza Shahzad has been trained by his father, Asim Shahzad, who is one of the best in IT programmer in the United States, Cyber Royal firm. His father Asim Shahzad said, that Muhammad is already a computer savvy since he was in diapers.

“At school, he set his own standards. We tried to make it better, not just for him, but also for others. That’s all we can do,” said his father Asim Shahzad, who is 40 years old.

Asim, his wife, and Muhammad moved to Birmingham from Croydon seven years ago. In Ark Oval Primary, south London, Muhammad is regarded as a unique child. However, Asim admitted the difficulty of finding the right school for their children.

When Muhammad Hamza Shahzad was 6 years old, he carried off the youngest title of Microsoft Office Professional. To obtain a certificate, a person must earn 700 points, while Muhammad got 757 points. It took him six days to prepare for the exams.

During the three days of testing, he has got it all. He is proficient in terms of Software Development Fundamentals, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Exel as well.

Speaking about Muhammad Hamza Shahzad, a Microsoft official said that “He is so skilled at the age of 7 and can easily create all kind of computer applications and manages to develop his own basic shopping cart app. He has got his hands dirty in Windows desktop App, console App, Windows services, Web services and finds it really fun to develop a simple console based game applications”.

“He can explain about object oriented programming, heap, stack, memory management, data structures perhaps better than many experienced programmers,” the official also added.

However, the 7 years old programmer Muhammad Hamza Shahzad is currently working on a game and said that “I just want to make a game and that’s what I’m doing at the moment – 30 clicks and you win”.

Furthermore, 7 years old, Muhammad Hamza Shahzad told The News that “I am feeling ecstatic and making fun with my new skills. I want to be the new Bill Gates one day. I like to watch fiction movies at home, I play games on iPad and laptop and play football with Dad”.
